How the 30-Day Grace Period Works ⏳

Once you request deletion, your account is immediately deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion.

All personal data and in-game assets will be permanently wiped from our systems after 30 days.

This 30-day waiting period is for security reasons and in case you change your mind. During this time, your data is securely stored and restricted from everyone else.

Changed your mind? No worries! You can still restore your account anytime within these 30 days — either directly on this page using the button below, or simply by logging in to the game with your Google account at play.browsertopia.com.

• Your character equipment, clothes, backpacks, and items
• World Locks, Personal Vaults, and world access rights
• In-game currency (Gems) and purchase records

If you cannot access your account through this self-service portal, you can still request manual deletion by sending an email to our support team. The request must be sent from the email address that is registered with the BrowserTopia account you want to delete.
